Mirsada “Ada” Kolenovic
Paralegal Manager
Ada is the Paralegal Manager in the firm’s real estate practice group, bringing over 20 years of law firm experience. She began her legal career at 17, working full-time while pursuing her studies in the evenings, reflecting her dedication and strong work ethic.
She handles a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, financing, development projects, co-op closings, leasing, foreclosures, and receivership proceedings. Ada manages all stages of transactions and conducts co-op closings on behalf of the firm’s clients.
In her leadership role, she oversees office operations, billing, payroll, recruitment, vendor relations, and workflow management, ensuring the firm runs smoothly on both legal and administrative levels. Ada is also a professional Albanian/English translator and interpreter.

Aleksander Chernogorov
Real Estate Paralegal
Aleks holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and has been a member of David A. Kaminsky & Associates since July 2022. Aleks has been involved in numerous real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions of co-op and condominium apartments. Aleks also assists in reviewing due diligence materials, conducts legal research, assists in preparation of legal documents for court and negotiates and prepares legal settlement agreements. Amil Deljanin

JD Candidate, Fordham Law School; BA, Political Science, Brooklyn College, Magna Cum Laude, 2014; Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Amil brings a unique perspective to the legal field, rooted in his extensive experience as an executive-level leader in the hospitality industry. With a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing complex client relationships, he applies the same dedication to excellence and attention to detail in his legal work. Currently pursuing his JD at Fordham Law as an evening student, Amil assists with Real Estate Litigation, Real Estate Closings, and Property Management. With her unique background in the classical music industry spanning over 15 years, Maya has developed exceptional skills in discipline, persistence, and time management. Prior to pursuing a career in the law industry, Maya further dedicated two years to honing her skills in client relations and account management.
