Ada Sakajeva is a paralegal in the real estate practice group and brings more than 13 years of law firm experience. Ada assists with all aspects of the firm’s real estate law practice, including commercial and residential development projects, commercial, residential, and multi-family acquisition and sale transactions and other real estate financing transactions. She assists with all aspects of a transaction, including the preparation of purchase and sale agreements and other documents, due diligence review, the review and organizing and assisting with transaction closings. Ada also has experience in the area of residential and commercial leasing, commercial evictions and related landlord/tenant remedies, statutory and judicial mortgage foreclosures, and receivership matters for distressed real estate. She also coordinates the preparation of real estate conveyance documents and performs real property searches. Ada has also served as an Albanian/English translator and interpreter.

Ken Brown has been with Kaminsky & Associates, P.C. since December 2021. Ken assists with the firm’s real estate transactions by preparing purchase and sale agreements and conducting due diligence review. Ken also manages the firm’s billing system, and other administrative duties.

Riley Palermo, Real Estate Paralegal
Riley is a recent college graduate with a keen interest in law and real estate
transactions. Riley works closely with the firm’s attorneys, performing due
diligence, drafting/reviewing transactional documents, and coordinating closing
components for complex real estate transactions. Riley also assists the attorneys
with cases involving litigation matters, conducts legal research, prepares legal
documents, and manages the firm’s calendar system.
Riley has been working for David A. Kaminsky & Associates since May 2022.

Miguelina “Kat” Sanchez, Real Estate Paralegal
Kat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a
certification in paralegal studies. Kat has over 9 years of experience in real estate as a licensed associate real estate broker in New York City. She has been a member of David A. Kaminsky & Associates since July 2022. Kat assists with all aspects of the firm’s real estate law practice, including administrative, property management, residential, and multi-family acquisition and sale transactions, and private hard money loans.

Aleksander Chernogorov, Real Estate Paralegal
Aleks holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and has been a member of David A. Kaminsky & Associates since July 2022. Aleks has been involved in numerous real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions of co-op and condominium apartments. Aleks also assists in reviewing due diligence materials, conducts legal research, assists in preparation of legal documents for court and negotiates and prepares legal settlement agreements.
