Mirsada “Ada” Kolenovic
Paralegal Manager
Ada is the Paralegal Manager in the firm’s real estate practice group, bringing over 20 years of law firm experience. She began her legal career at 17, working full-time while pursuing her studies in the evenings, reflecting her dedication and strong work ethic.
She handles a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, financing, development projects, co-op closings, leasing, foreclosures, and receivership proceedings. Ada manages all stages of transactions and conducts co-op closings on behalf of the firm’s clients.
In her leadership role, she oversees office operations, billing, payroll, recruitment, vendor relations, and workflow management, ensuring the firm runs smoothly on both legal and administrative levels. Ada is also a professional Albanian/English translator and interpreter.

Aleksander Chernogorov
Real Estate Paralegal
Aleks holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and has been a member of David A. Kaminsky & Associates since July 2022. Aleks has been involved in numerous real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions of co-op and condominium apartments. Aleks also assists in reviewing due diligence materials, conducts legal research, assists in preparation of legal documents for court and negotiates and prepares legal settlement agreements. Amil Deljanin

Amil brings a unique perspective to the legal field, rooted in his extensive experience as an executive-level leader in the hospitality industry. With a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing complex client relationships, he applies the same dedication to excellence and attention to detail in his legal work. Currently pursuing his JD at Fordham Law as an evening student, Amil assists with Real Estate Litigation, Real Estate Closings, and Property Management. Real Estate Paralegal
Maya is a dedicated Real Estate Paralegal specializing in both litigation and non-litigation matters. She further assists with client intake, billing and office administration, ensuring smooth operations at the firm. She is noted for her exemplary attention to detail and her ability to manage time-sensitive tasks with efficiency and precision, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met and client needs are promptly addressed. Prior to joining the firm, Maya dedicated two years to honing her skills in client relations and account management. Natalya Bochenko
Paralegal/Administrative Assistant
Natalya has a comprehensive background in real estate and office management. Before joining, she accumulated several years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, where she was responsible for overseeing transactions from initial contract to closing. Natalya is also a licensed real estate agent, which provides her with a well-rounded understanding of the real estate industry and enhances her ability to support the firm’s clients with precision and insight. Natalya is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in Law and Policy at Baruch College. Administrative Assistant
A Bronx native, Laura Siniscalchi brings a strong background in communications, business administration, and organizational support to David A. Kaminsky & Associates, P.C. Before joining the firm, Laura worked in Billing at Katz Media Group/iHeart Media and in Acquisitions at Montefiore Hospital, gaining valuable experience in fast-paced corporate and healthcare environments. Laura holds a B.S. in Communications from St. John’s University and an associate’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the Katherine Gibbs School.
